This newly created role supports the company’s investment and growth strategy in the Food Manufacturing Construction sector.

Our client seeks an entrepreneurial Head of Process Engineering to lead a new division, enabling the business to provide comprehensive design, feasibility, construction, and installation services for FMCG clients.

This broad role requires a proactive leader with advanced technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong cross-functional communication skills to drive operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will receive support from the Operations Director and Feasibility Director.

Projects may include new builds, relocations, expansions, fit-outs, or refurbishments for clients across the UK.

As the senior technical leader, you will collaborate with clients, internal design managers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
